Deposit is half the total rental cost, non-refundable, due at booking time.  100% refund if cancelled 60 days before check in.

Full payment (by e-transfer) is due 14 days before arrival + a $500 refundable damage deposit (refunded within 7 days after check out if no damage). Paypal payments will be charged a 5% fee.

Cleaning Charge = $175.  No cleaning charge will be charged if the cabin is left in the same condition as when you arrive.

Must be 25 years or older.  Mature groups only.

Rates are per 5 people.
Extra fees apply for additional people and long weekends/Holidays.

Check-Out Time: 11am (prompt)
